These terms apply to the MaiiSync space management platform (the “service”) provided by Arhmaii Ventures (Arhmaii（泓源软体）, “we”). By applying for or using the service, the venue (“you”) agrees to them. How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Notice.

Applications are reviewed by hand and we may decline one without giving a reason. Once approved, you receive a one-time setup link to create the owner account. You set and keep your own credentials; we do not hold and cannot reset your password. The venue is responsible for what is done under its accounts.

New venues get a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. Before it ends we will confirm with you whether to move to a paid plan; we may suspend access for a venue that does not.

• The service is a monthly subscription per venue, from RM 1,000 per venue per month. Plans and prices are listed on Plans and pricing.
• Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and exclude tax. Staff accounts cost nothing extra.
• Fees are paid against our invoice or as agreed in writing. We may suspend the service, after notice, if fees are overdue.
• You can move up or down a plan at any time and module access changes immediately. Price changes are announced in advance.

Data you enter into the service, including orders, members, bookings and revenue records, belongs to you, and you can export it to Excel or CSV at any time. You are responsible for collecting customer data lawfully and telling customers how it is used. We process it only to provide the service.

To investigate a problem, platform staff may enter your venue. They use a read-only session that expires after 30 minutes and is recorded in your venue’s activity log.

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, try to read another venue’s data, or interfere with the service. We may suspend or close an account that does.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running and back up data nightly, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside business hours where possible and announced in advance.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or business interruption. Our total liability for the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event.

You can stop your subscription at any time; the service ends at the close of the current period. Export your data before it ends. After that we delete the venue’s data within a reasonable period, except where the law requires us to keep it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

When these terms change we update the effective date on this page, and significant changes are announced separately. They are published in Chinese and English; if the two differ, the English version prevails. Questions can be sent to cs@arhmaii.com.
