- Every seat — idle, running or nearly out — on one screen, with overtime turning red and sounding
- Extending adds a line and leaves the original price alone, so nothing is under-charged at month end

- Cash counted by denomination at handover, with any gap traceable to a tender

How a day goes

Adding time adds a line. The original ticket keeps the price it was sold at.

Cash, QR and stored value can split one bill three ways.

What is MaiiSync, and who is it for?

MaiiSync is a management system for businesses that rent space by the hour, built by Arhmaii in Malaysia. It is used by karaoke rooms, pool halls, mahjong and card rooms, study rooms and recording studios — anywhere revenue is a function of which space, for how long, for how much. It covers opening a ticket, running the clock, extending, settling and closing the shift, plus member stored value, online booking and QR payment, all in one set of books.
How is MaiiSync priced?

A monthly subscription per venue, in tiers. Each tier unlocks a defined set of modules and is priced in Malaysian Ringgit. Current tiers and prices are listed at arhmaii.com/maiisync/pricing. A free trial is available before you commit, and no credit card is required to start.
How does pricing that crosses midnight work?

22:00 to 02:00 is one rule, not two. Time-based discounts accept a window that crosses midnight, so a late-night rate is maintained in one place instead of being split into a 22:00–24:00 rule and a 00:00–02:00 rule that then have to be kept in step.
Do I need to buy special hardware?

No. MaiiSync runs in a browser, so the computer or tablet already at your counter is enough — nothing to install, no device lock-in. Receipts print to an ordinary thermal printer.
How do I get started, and how long does it take?

Apply at arhmaii.com/maiisync and we open your venue after review. Provisioning is immediate — the address works as soon as it is created, with no DNS or certificate wait. You receive a one-time setup link to create the owner account; the platform never holds, and cannot reset, your password.
