MaiiSync is a management system for businesses that rent space by the hour, built by Arhmaii in Malaysia. It is used by karaoke rooms, pool halls, mahjong and card rooms, study rooms and recording studios — anywhere revenue is a function of which space, for how long, for how much. It covers opening a ticket, running the clock, extending, settling and closing the shift, plus member stored value, online booking and QR payment, all in one set of books.

Yes. Each venue is a separate tenant with its own address, its own staff accounts and its own books — isolation is enforced at the database level, so one venue cannot read a single row belonging to another. One person can be signed in to several venues in the same browser at once, without logging out and back in.

22:00 to 02:00 is one rule, not two. Time-based discounts accept a window that crosses midnight, so a late-night rate is maintained in one place instead of being split into a 22:00–24:00 rule and a 00:00–02:00 rule that then have to be kept in step.

The balance is always derived from the ledger, never stored as a separate number — every top-up, spend and refund leaves a record, and the balance is what those records add up to. Paid balance and bonus balance are tracked separately and drawn down in an order the venue configures, so "does the bonus get spent first" is a setting rather than a decision each cashier makes.

Cash, QR wallets (DuitNow, TNG eWallet, Boost and others), bank transfer and member stored value are all supported, and one bill can be split across several of them. Online payment goes through the HitPay gateway: the guest tapping "paid" proves nothing — only the gateway callback marks the order paid. A few seconds later is better than handing over a room for money that never arrived.

At handover the system shows what each tender took during the shift and its share of the total. Cash is counted by denomination, with the note count and the amount each computing the other, so the two cannot disagree. When the drawer does not balance, which tender the gap sits in is visible immediately, without going back through the tickets.

No. Tenant isolation is enforced inside PostgreSQL by row-level security, not by application code remembering to add a filter to every query. The difference matters: if a query ever forgets the filter, it returns nothing rather than returning someone else's rows. When the platform enters a venue to investigate a problem it uses a read-only session that expires after 30 minutes and is written into that venue's own activity log.

No. MaiiSync runs in a browser, so the computer or tablet already at your counter is enough — nothing to install, no device lock-in. Receipts print to an ordinary thermal printer.

Apply at arhmaii.com/maiisync and we open your venue after review. Provisioning is immediate — the address works as soon as it is created, with no DNS or certificate wait. You receive a one-time setup link to create the owner account; the platform never holds, and cannot reset, your password.

Yes — Simplified Chinese and English, switched with one tap, and each member of staff can work in the language they prefer. Venue-entered content such as space names and package names can be recorded in both languages. The currency symbol follows the venue's own setting rather than being hard-coded.

You can. Orders, members, bookings, revenue, shift records and the activity log all export to Excel or CSV (with a UTF-8 BOM, so Chinese opens correctly in Excel). There is also a nightly automatic backup. The data is yours and you can take it with you at any time.
